My lastest creations

I was asked awhile back if I would post some more pictures of my art work. So here are the lastest I've done.
Paintings010-1.jpg

This is a watercolor I did in honor of my home town's 100th birthday it will be celebrating on July 4th.

Paintings007.jpg

This is an acrylic. His Grandfather commissioned me to do it for the little boy's mom. I finished it last night and got it put in the frame I built to match the frames on his brother and sister's paintings. I did their paintings a few years back and this painting is to finish the family wall.

This is a pencil/charcoal drawing I did this morning for our daughter and her husband for Easter. It is something she told me she wanted awhile back and I thought I would surprise them with it.

I hope you like them.

Outlook's in MT, must've been a pretty sweet deal to move north of the border!

Thanks Frank.

It was a pretty sweet deal as if it wasn't for a few hills I could see my childhood home from where I live now. The northern bountry of the ranch I grew up on is the US Canadian border and there is only two mile from Our ranch's southern bountry to the border. The house I grew up in is only four miles away. Of the eight kids in my family I live the closest to our childhood home but I'm the only one living in a foreign country.

Nope when you move to Canada, your age is frozen for half the year just like everything else in Canada. So if you move here at 20 years old and live here for 20 years you are still only 30. Got to love those long Canadian winters.

Gee and here I thought I was doing something great by moving to a foreign country and now you tell me I was wrong and Canada isn't a foreign country after all. :(
