I am only 5 million short but seriously if I had it, I would buy this place. I have a special attraction to that area and especially the John Day Breaks. Watch the video! I have no idea how I would even keep the kitchen clean and up to my standards, but as my grandpa loved to say, "Dreams are cheap, reality costs money." You know you are truly poor when you cannot afford to dream.

We looked at a place up stream and few miles from there before we bought this place. We go to Kimberly every year for you pick peaches at Thomas Orchard. Probably a bit of a drive to get peaches. But it is a nice drive and great sights to see.
A good friend and former co-worker's family ran cows on summer pasture up the Rudio. He tell stories of a great uncle who was the family cow man trailing the cows from their wheat ranch between Condon and Arlington to Rudio.
