I like the looks of your bull. :)

Ain't real sure about the cows, but that one sure looks like she did her job, andf that is what counts in my book.

Whats the bloodlines on that bull, mebbe my heifer is a distant relitive :p.

How has he been working for you guys?

The bull is a Butterfield Able Seaman son, and out of a Poplar Park Chieftan dam.

So far he has done his job. We won't see any calves out of him til March though. I am expecting 25 though. I really like the looks of him, especially now when he isn't so fat. That picture was taken this spring.

Nice cattle Randi, Good Bull. Are some of the cows out of CF Trump?

Thanks everyone for the comments. We have some roan cattle too, but have to be careful in the commercial side of things since roans are usually docked at the sale barn here. Actually if you look closely at that last picture those are both roans.

Shorthornguy, I really don't know what bloodlines are in the commercial cattle, could be, or not. The registered heifer is sired by AR Su Lu Boomer 062 and out of a RPS Smash Hit dam. I don't know a lot about Shorthorn bloodlines. I'm a lot more interested in performance since commercial cattle is where the bread is buttered here!!

Denny, I have to say I like the looks of that calf
