Brad, those names sound like old Holderman names...... when I married my wife (mennonite heritage) I laughed at some of the names, but later heard of the history behind the names and swollowed a big hunk of crow.

A doctor I heard paged in the hospital was Dr. Doktor.
Never heard his first name. Hope it wasn't the initial "I".

Easy Jigs, I'm alotta things, but I ain't a dutchman,,, well a few generations removed maybe. My old gramps spoke a little dutchy.

i knew willard hollopeter and his brother jack his sister wilma, their mother tina was my teacher in a one room school house south of wood lake their dad fred and my grandpa were neighbors,

My buddy told of the family named "Wood"

The girl was named Drift and the boy was Timber


Or the Black family who named their kid Richard
