I'm sure the pipeline will get approved...it's just not approved yet. I have no land the pipeline will be crossing, but every speck of dirt I own does sit over the Ogallalla Aquifer, and I can understand people's concern.
Once again this is nothing more than Old ToeTapper trying to break balls without knowing all the facts. But when has being ignorant on a subject stopped him from blowing long and hard on it like he is some sort of self-appointed expert?
