I say %&^$ the WTO's standards. If you're in a deal where you HAVE to lower your standards and you HAVE to do thing you ordinarly wouldn't do when common sense was applied, I'd say you're in a bad deal and need to get out.

My comment was a general comment.

As far as IDing cattle, I haven't seen any great reasons why it is necessary or cost effective.
