I didn't dump the rain gauge when I went to bed because it was still raining-- had 1/2 an inch...Rained all night and is still raining..Gauge is now setting at 2.6...That means 2.1 last night--That puts us about 5 inches for the last week....  :D

WOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOO--- But you should see the mud and the lakes....

Now the weather boys have issued flood warnings-- as some of those old adobe and bentonite hills, and hardpan areas are showing they got 3-4 inches out of this rain-- and most of it will just run off....Creeks are really boiling.....

First, get some dry wood.............

Rain, it's great stuff in this dry ol' country, ain't it? :D

OT don't listen to Jinglebob when building your Ark. Your wood needs to be steamed not dry. The dry wood won't mold to the shape properly. The other thing is Jinglebob is not old enough to remember how it was built, being a youngster and all. Find a good Norske craftman to help you

If you'll go back and read, I said first, to get dry wood, to make sure it will float and then I was gonn'a go on and tell him to steam, bend, nail, screw, glue.....

Sheesh. Quit, misrepresentin' me Pookie!

As for me, Dad said that when it rained for 40 days and nights, we got a quarter of an inch.

Yup, I'm just a pup. A cute adorable puppy.

Do you really want to spar with me in public???? You know I will come out the clear winner.

I thought I would give you this definition to help you  8) :p

Cheeky : impudent; insolent: a cheeky fellow; cheeky behavior. It seems to be an adjective for Jinglebob even though he is a noun. Sorry can't speak english!

You guys know that the first person Noah saw when he got of the Ark was an old cowboy from South Dakota.

After 40 days and 40 nights of rain Noah asked the old cowboy what he tought of the rain?

The old cowboy said it was pretty nice but could use another one just like it next week. :cowboy:
