NR: I seen where you were home and on ranchers early last night; hope you had a good trip. It was good being able to visit for a while; haven't had a lot of time to go thru the bull book but there's several I wouldn't mind finding more out on....will have to catch up to you again! PS - our lite calves sold well: averaged only $20 under our heavier calves- best price was $1.53 on some 563 lb. baldies-grossed about $856.00.....I wouldn't buy at that price but I'll sure sell!!!!

Well if I were you I'd invest that windfall in some good Genex semen lol.The kids really had a good time at that 4H deal and it was fun to hang out with 4H moms instead of hockey moms for a change. I never got crap about icetime all the time in Saskatoon lol.

Ok this post is way late but i had to go ahead and have my say. Gary Erickson is one of the most talented men i've seen with dogs. I've attended two of his stock dog clinics and the amount of knowledge gained has improved not only my skills as a handler but there's a pretty awesome four legged hired man here in the Nebraska Sandhills. The amount of work a good dog can save is well worth the cost of his clinics. A good dog has a good handler. The border collie I have is a grandson of Gary's old dog.

However I've spend 4 days around Hanging Tree Cowdogs and i'll keep my border collie. :D

Last i knew Gary was based out of Oklahoma.
