We set up a trail camera yesterday. These are the first shots it took :D .

What it looks like... it can even take pics at night. Sierra Trading Post had them on sale.

WyomingRancher, you need to shoot that bull with a 270,instead of your camera, looks like alot of good meat to me.
good luck

No thanks  . That last bull is older than I am. We're having a little issue drawing tags, and this place is turning into a nursing home for elk   .

The subdivision folks, with their few acres, qualify for landowner tags... although no game of any kind actually live on their ground. It has pushed the game onto us, and it's expensive feeding them all  . Gotta love the game and fish.

Hay maker - that buck with the white spots is a beautiful looking animal. What is it though? the does just look like white tails to me and I've never seen a white tail buck like that up here. Great pictures all of the wildlife, thanks

Im not familiar with Wyomings private property right laws,if or can yall close/open your land to paid hunters or even if it would work there as there is several national parks with good huntin, but down here 99% of the state is privately owned and hunters provide the ranchers a real cash crop,as a matter of fact some years it and mineral rights are the only cash crop,so feeding deer is pretty much tolerated around here.
good luck

That white spotted buck is a "axis" deer,if you look close you will see a big axis doe too, they get quite a bit bigger than the whitetails, the buck pictured is a small one.
good luck

Yep, this place is leased to an outfitter to recover some of the expenses for running the public's wildlife (feed and fence maintenance) . The income helps buy hay, and this year, helped rebuild 1.5 miles of fence.
