If they were due Feb 15th I would have expected the first one about Feb 5th. Evidently they weren't syncronized or you'd be done by now. Maybe they weren't cycling when the bull was turned out. Could be they are waiting for a snowstorm.

Our heifers are due March 10th and the first one calved last night and most all the rest are penned up as we got a pretty good take on our AIing last year.

I've had some like that over the years that kept me wondering. Even had 2 Angus cows way back when that would cycle faithfully all winter long, and then calve in the first week of calving. Pain in the @$$ to keep around, with other cows riding them all winter, slipping on ice and such.

I bought a baldy cow like that in a bunch of breds once - she appeared to cycle all winter but always calved on time. She acted like a bull when there wasn't a bull in the pasture - jumping on anything in heat and standing to be jumped on any time of the year. She was a masculine looking cow, not very milky and with poor maternal instincts so we shipped her after a few calves. I wondered about her if she had got a case of mixed up male and female genetics? possibly a twin to a male that hadn't proved sterile?
