Went and chopped the ice at the lower end of the valley the other day, and got a couple of pretty good pics to share......so here they are!
Ice I chopped out of the trough, so the livestock could get a drink. Those chunks laying on top of the ice I didn't chop, are about 9" thick. Yep, it's been cold here!
Miss Peach behind, then in front the 2 babies-the paint stud colt that I call Smiley, and Li'l Miss Peach, on the right side is the back side of Al's heifer, Bandita. She was licking mineral block......
