Warning: it is made with Chicken. :p

1 pkg crescent rolls laid out flat in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Cube cooked chicken breasts and put on dough.
Grate 8 oz. Monterrey Jack cheese and put over chicken.
Beat 5 eggs and add 3/4 c. Parmesean cheese,
salt and pepper and pour this over the chicken and cheese.

Top with another package of crescent roll dough, but
flatten this out and cut it in strips. Lay the strips the long
way over the top and then the short way. (Kinda like lattice on
a pie). Bake 350 degrees 30 minutes or so.

It's good and it's kinda pretty too...

Blkbuckaroo here is my favorite chicken recipe.

Sticky Chicken
1pkg boneless chicken breast
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 jar apriocot preserves
1 small jar or 1/2 of a large jar Russian dressing.

Mix soup, preserves and dressing in a small bowl. Place ckicken into a 9x13x2" pan. Pour mix over the chicken and let sit in fridge overnight.
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 1 hour.
Really good with Rice a Roni.

Got a new cookbook. It is full of easy to make recipes and it has some really tasty recipes in it.
It is called The Ranch Kid's Cookbook. It is a special order through the Western Ag Reporter. They are taking prepaid orders up til April 1st. It is $25.00 with postage paid.

It has helped me break up the humdrum of serving the same things over and over.
