What are we hearing from Oregon? Anybody know????????????????
Fiore, a vocal supporter of the Bundy family, said that Ammon Bundy told his wife that Finicum was cooperating with police and had put his hands up. Then, Fiore said, Bundy told his wife that he watched police shoot Finicum three times. She said that Ammon Bundy also said Finicum was on the ground when he was shot.
The leaders were on U.S. 395 bound for John Day, where they were scheduled to participate in an evening community meeting set up by local residents. A crowd of several hundred had gathered at the John Day Senior Center, who were subsequently told the the "guest speakers" would not be appearing.
They were charged with conspiracy to impede federal officers, a felony.
Thara Tenney, the daughter of Oregon militiaman LaVoy Finicum is speaking out about the incident involving police and FBI agents, which left her father dead on Tuesday night. Tenney claims her father was shot execution-style while his hands were in the air, which other eyewitnesses at the scene are corroborating.

In 1997, Boundary County, Idaho Prosecutor Denise Woodbury, with the help of special prosecutor Stephen Yagman, charged Horiuchi in state court with involuntary manslaughter over his killing of Vicki Weaver. The U.S. Attorney filed a notice of removal of the case to federal court, which automatically took effect under the statute for removal jurisdiction[7] where the case was dismissed by U.S. District Judge Edward Lodge on May 14, 1998, who cited the supremacy clause of the Constitution which grants immunity to federal officers acting in the scope of their employment.
The decision to dismiss the charges was reversed by an en banc panel of the Ninth Circuit, which held that enough uncertainty about the facts of the case existed for Horiuchi to stand trial on state manslaughter charges.[2] Ultimately, the then-sitting Boundary County prosecutor, Brett Benson, who had defeated Woodbury in the 2000 election, decided to drop the charges because he felt it was unlikely the state could prove the case and too much time had passed. Yagman, the special prosecutor, responded that he "could not disagree more with this decision than I do."
The Ninth Circuit granted Boundary County's motion to dismiss the case against Horiuchi on September 14, 2001

It was Mark McConnell who gave the contradictory story. McConnell was in the other vehicle which had stopped at the first "traffic stop". He said that Finicum ran the stop and got stuck trying to avoid a roadblock further down the road, OUT OF McCONNELL'S SIGHT.
So Mr. McConnell must have some extra-sensory abilities to be able to perceive what had happened out of his sight. He was about the only one not arrested.
Why would that be?
