Has anyone that grazes corn stalks ever dealt with black nightshade? A field I am about to go to has it in the field, probably 5-10% of the total forage available. The Toxicology professor at WSU said I should be fine unless an animal takes a liking to the nightshade.

Just wondered if any one else has ever dealt with it.

I never knew what nightshade was till my brother planted some edible beans. Must have been in the seed beans. Never had it in a corn field though.

I thought it was really poisionous, but I guess the toxicologist should know what he's talking about.
