My wife fixed me a big breakfast this morning. She usually cooks a big breakfast but this morning she did it up right. Thought you'd like to see how the poor folks eat in Ar. Notice the heart shaped biscuits. She's well trained.

Don't get to cocky! Maybe she just shaped them that way so they would go straight to your heart, and clog it up and stop it!

Have you made her mad lately? Bought a new higher return life insurance policy? :???:

I had a peice of homemade breed and some jelly and butter.. But I am not a breakfast person, generally my stomache just can't handle all that food in the AM.. Now, that for lunch looks mighty yummy.

John, all that cholestoral stuff is a lie anyway(joking). Anyone I know that watches their cholesterol and won't eat the good stuff has high cholesterol. Last time I checked mine was 132 or something like that , it might have been 321, anyway, no troubles. . I wonder what's for supper.

One question: was all that eaten up at breakfast and if so, by how many people? If you polished it all we needn't worry you'll blow away in the wind.
That might easily serve 6+ here.

Looks good RR.Since I'm not a breakfast eater I was thinking that would be a good dinner.

nr I'd say there wasn't any left overs. There's enough of us to put away quite a few groceries. We have 5 kids. I can't figure how you can go without eating breakfast. I have to have it.
On the menu tonight according to the cook is eye of round roast, mashed potatoes and gravy, green bean casselroll, and she says she's trying a new rye bred recipe. I told her I like her home made rolls fine I don't know why she's always experimenting.

Is that sausage gravy there? Nice to know you southern folk eat real food too! :D
Missed your post Cert. Yes, sausage gravy. I'll tell you my favorite on the table there are those fried potatoes. That is a dutch oven they are in that is huge. She puts a little onion and lots of oil I guess but anyway they are crispy and brown. Good stuff maynerd! Biscuits are good too. Hey cert have you ever tried beef sausage? She makes some out of hamburger that isn't bad. I prefer pork but beef'll do in a pinch.

You forgot to mention her getting your slippers, warming your undies on the radiator and her donning lipstick, perfume and french organdy apron. Jeesh, men don't notice anything :!:

I've already bragged too much on her I'm sure but she's the best wife ever. Shines my old boots cow manuer and all, brags on me to the kids , we don't have a radiator but if we did , she'd warm my undies. Anything to make my life easier is top on her list. She's a real good helpmeet.
