Not a very merry christmas...

Prayers from Manitoba.

Its going to be a very quiet Christmas for us as well. My uncle that has cancer that I told you all about last January is on his final days. Very sad to see a man in his early 50's cut away from life way too early. He cant even get out of bed now in the hospital and is on heavy doses of Morphine. The cancer is entirely through him now. He was about 225 lbs at this time last year and is now lucky to be 110 lbs. I have a hard time going to see him now as I want to remember him the way he was before.

All this and my Grandpa was diagnosed with prostrate cancer this week.

Sorry ACS, and you too Manitoba Rancher  Hang in there.

Same from here both ACE and Manitoba R. I've put pictures around the house of my mom when she was much younger and energetic to help erase the last 10 yrs of her life which were pretty horrible and not the way I want to remember her.

Christmas is, by far, the toughest holiday for families when they have suffered the loss of a loved one!! I still remember my first Christmas after my mom died.......The good Lord was with me or I may not have made it through!! Know that I am sending prayers your way and to the family of the one lost, ACS!!!!
