Maybe not the only one in North America. I know of a few, one in the States and one near here that feed wine and alternatively Apple Cider Vinegar. Not sure if it is about PH in the ruman or what but his grass fed wine fed beef is pretty tasty. Little Bow, I bet your single malt would have the same effect. It would help to be in wine country and be able to buy batches gone wrong by the tanker load.

I saw this on the news last night. Bill has been one of BC's success stories in the feeding sector, mainly by being innovative.
He and his wife actually started on their own on the same ranch we started on, we leased it a year after they moved on to another ranch they owned at Big Creek.

The Japs have been feeding alcohol to Wagyu cattle for years. Kobe Beef.

It helps the appetite, thus increases weight gain & marbling, they say.
