Was wondering around in those cows we moved this morning at 5'30 and caught this cow posing-she's out of a New Zealand bull we A'I'ed to called Waimatta Zulu-she'd got the right build to work on grass I think.

I love her head. Is that from the Waigroup outfit? I've talked with them via e-mail a few times. Apparently the Wobesers and Christoph Weder are the only distributors of their semen in Canada so far.

Don't know if that long address will work.

"Zulu 689 of Waimata" will find him at the AAA.

10 pounds of BW EPD?

We'll have to wait and see on the other recent imports. I'm curious to see how 2800 pound mature weight bulls are really going to work for grass based operations, even if they are "built right".

Hopeful, but doubtful on that idea.

I don't have to give photographic evidance of the obvious now do I-there's certain people on here I don't like seeing pictures of my family. I used Zulu a long time ago-he was bit birthy but never assisted any of them-to be honest there are plenty of cattle in North America will work on grass-grass that grows in North Amnerica especially-some of these overseas cattle thgat are being promoted as our saviopr are raised in pretty kind country-for sure have never plowed snow with their snout to get a bellyfull.
