My dad watching us load open heifers last Thursday, November 10th

These heifers sold later in the day at Valentine Livestock. One load of sixty head of these open heifers weighed 962 pounds
and brought $143.10 per cwt, or $1377 per head. I was happy. :)

wasn't that long ago a bred heifer wouldn't bring that kind of money. :? now, selling open heifers doesn't make a guy feel so bad :wink:

My thoughts exactly seeing the camera in your dad's hands..lol Glad you're heifers sold good..don't ya wish we had a lot more to sell at these prices?
