Best I can tell is about 5 pounds... Not sure for sure as the last time I weighed myself was 3 weeks ago and I was 191 and today I was 182. Didn't really change anything in the diet until last week and all I did was remove a lot of pop from the diet and replaced it with raw milk of all things or some apple cider we made last year. That, and I was active as all get out the past 10 days so I think that had most to do with it as I haven't been snacking like I usually do... .. NOw I got a better baseline to go with... I think it is all the wrestling with tagging calves and moving the new folks into the old house that is helping the most, lol..
