That is all. Proof Buckwheat lied just a few days ago when he said, "no one is listening to your phone calls".

Rep. Jerrold Nadler, a New York Democrat, disclosed on Thursday that during a secret briefing to members of Congress, he was told that the contents of a phone call could be accessed "simply based on an analyst deciding that."

If the NSA wants "to listen to the phone," an analyst's decision is sufficient, without any other legal authorization required, Nadler said he learned. "I was rather startled," said Nadler, an attorney and congressman who serves on the House Judiciary committee.

Not only does this disclosure shed more light on how the NSA's formidable eavesdropping apparatus works domestically, it also suggests the Justice Department has secretly interpreted federal surveillance law to permit thousands of low-ranking analysts to eavesdrop on phone calls.

Will this Congressman be charged as a whistleblower since the info he is talking about came out of a SECRET BRIEFING and it proves Obama and his NSA higher ups LIED about having checks and balances to insure snooping is not done with out a SIGNED COURT ORDER? They all want the whistleblower, now hiding in China that blew this story up in the foreign media, charged so why not this Democrat Congressman? If he is not charged it will prove again there are two sets of laws in Obamanation one for the guys pointing out the abuse of power and the lying to cover it up and one for the Democrats that Obama needs to keep in government to control the government. :x

And again if those that makes the decision to listen in knows somebody in the IRS Conservative Targeting program is he/she sharing that info so the IRS can make up the added questions that they expect the Tea Party organizers to answer? It would explain how the IRS knew who to ask about when they questioned those targeted if they knew a certain person. :x

It is really to bad you can not trust a thing that your government is telling you as there is a whistleblower sitting in the wings that are willing to prove they are LYING. To me this Administration's weekly political scandal backed by Whistleblowers testimony is proof positive Bush had nothing to do with the 911 attacks. As if he had organized it like some want to claim there would have been Democrat loving government employees/ career people sitting in the wings jumping at the chance of bringing Bush down with any info they could find.

But what these scandals do for me is they prove there still are people in the government that care that their government officials are lying to public. There is a shadow of hope even though it is slight.
