Ames copped a plea so the legality of the search was never decided in court.

That has got to be the biggest copuot I have heard since you said there was no Iraqi terrorists......

I presented the facts. Hillary searched FBI files with out authorization or a warrant,,,,Bill fought to "continue his spy plan, and Authorized the warrantless search of Ames home, wire tapped his phone.....all with out a warrant........ and because the proof was overwhelming you say because he failed to contest the search it was okey?

No, it's not a copout. First, you've claimed Clinton illegally searched homes. Now you want to talk about Hillary reading FBI files. If you have the proper clearance and cause, you could go read FBI files. You woudln't need a warrant. Show me Hillary didn't have the proper clearance or cause. In that case, the FBI director should be questioned about releasing FBI files improperly.

You don't know that Clinton didn't get a FISA warrant for Ames phone calls. At that time no warrant was needed for a physical search. I'll repost this, as it's obviously hard for you to understand:
"But as with Gorelick's testimony, the Ames investigation took place before the 1995 FISA amendment requiring warrants for physical searches. In other words, in conducting these searches, the Clinton administration did not bypass FISA because FISA did not address physical searches. Further, there is ample evidence that the Clinton administration complied with the FISA requirements that did exist on wiretapping: U.S. District Court Judge Royce C. Lamberth, who previously served on the FISA court, has noted the "key role" the court played in the Ames case to "authorize physical entries to plant eavesdropping devices"; and former deputy assistant attorney general Mark M. Richard established that "the Attorney General was asked to sign as many as nine certifications to the FISA court in support of applications for FISA surveillance" during the Ames investigation."

If it was an illegal search, why didn't Ames contest the charges in court? I say because it wasn't illegal. But you can surely use your vivid imagination to come up with some reason. I'll be waiting....

Because she took it upon herself to search files it is the FBI's fault?

What job was Hillary doing? was she elected? was she hired to do a job....nope!... she was just searching through files she had no reason or access to do.....

.....it is a warrantless search...By an unauthorized person....Hillary.

You didn't ask for an "illegal" warrant search example....You said prove to me the Clinton's did [/b]warrantless[/b] searches....

show me proof that Clinton had the NSA collecting phone calls and information without warrants on American citizens in the US? I say it's not so and am waiting for your proof otherwise.

so I showed you a warrantless search of HOME, PHONE CALLS, and MORE!

So just like the No Terrorsits in Iraq, you added more conditions ,,sorry but once again you are wrong......
