I enjoy both. I really like the quiet stealth of the archery season, but then again a 100 yard drop on a buck is just as pleasant.

Pheasant season opened in Kansas today...spent 2 hours hunting and the rest of the day defending my land from Kansas City guys.

Today opened the rifle season for deer in NE.
I see he hauled it in on that classic Ford!!
That is another nice buck, Soapweed.
I'll guess he was 2 1/2 years old.
