O-NO-MORE testimonial

Brother in law picked it up for us when he was in the Grand U. S of A, so I haven't had to look for it yet. We usually go south to load up on cattle supplies once or twice a year to get stuff we can't get up here. New fly tags, generic Ivomec, jiffy corn muffin mix, gallon jugs of Franks Hot sauce, cheaper Lee jeans, cheaper Wigwam socks, much cheaper quad sprayer, stuff like that.
I am assuming that Big R has it cause they seem to have everything else.
Oh yes, and we always go to Golden Corral cause they don't have those up here either.

Did you really say Golden Corral? Really? Don't they have ANY restaurants in Canada? That's kind of like going to Waffle House to get a good breakfast. You aren't going there for the quality, you're going there to do some slumming and get your grease fix. Ha! Just jabbing ya!

Has anyone any experience with it on older calves - like 2 weeks old? I might need to graft a twin onto another cow whose calf came down with joint ill. Not much hope for a calf when it gets that.

The momma with twins is not very willing to let the one calf suck and it would do quite well on the other cow IF I could get her to take it.

the question still remains, where in canada can you get it, or is it not available :?

Does Jeffers or Valley Vet ship to Canada? I think it's made in Nebraska. Would there be any issues shipping it across the border since it's mostly animal protein?

Just a guess but I bet CFIA won't let it in as it contains animal protein. Probably a post BSE reg...

Your probably right. :?

I often wonder WHO the CFIA is protecting. Many products from the USA can't be used in Canada, some are registered for use in Canada and they can't be imported because of labeling in pounds not KG's, and no French on the label. Funny USA cattle that don't have individual animal ID like we have in Canada and have eaten these products we can't use in Canada can be imported. Guess it's not the consumer. :?

I know you are not allowed to bring across "injectables" So I still have to pay my vet 50 bucks to vaccinate my cat with a syringe I can buy for $3.50 at Big R.

The animal protein is surely just dried meat ( lungs spleen tonsils) isn't it? They wouldn't put any forbidden spinal cord in there?? Gee I never thought of that. And I just signed an paper saying we don't FEED anything questionable. Hmmmm. :???: I guess I will be writing the manufacturer.

Ok, its made from spray dried blood meal.
Here is some more info but its from a Veggie web site...
