WASHINGTON, Oct 14 (Reuters) - U.S. President Barack Obama and Republican challenger Mitt Romney are neck and neck in opinion polls, but there is one area in which the incumbent appears to have a big advantage: those who have already cast their ballots.

Obama leads Romney by 59 percent to 31 percent among early voters, according to Reuters/Ipsos polling data compiled in recent weeks.

Exactly who is counting them?

BTW I think we all know who were voting early, it's all those upstanding citizens that live on Welfare and are not about to miss the chance to keep the gravy train rolling. I just hope their names were marked off the voters list so they can't come back and vote again on election day. Oh what am I thinking in typical Democrat fashion they will be using Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, or some dead persons name to vote as often as they can to keep that train on Schedule.
