Obama Strikes again

Remember all those sub standard plans that were killing people according to Obama? THEIR BACK.

HHS just decided to tell the Insurance Companies to re-issue them to those that will not have insurance due to Obamacare on January 1st.

Do you think the insurance companies are going to do this when the idea was to get everyone into Obamacare and sell them a policy with MANDATED TERMS that will add hundreds of dollars to the premiums they will be collecting? Every fix Obama and HHS come up with is making the risk pools smaller and more expensive for those that have already bought in.

read on another blog...

We were told that people could keep their plans but a lot of people had inadequate plans and they were better off losing them. This was a good thing. Now it seems that Obama is ordering inadequate plans for the people who lost their inadequate plans. So here's the question. Are the same people who thought it was good for people to lose their inadequate plans disapproving of Obama arranging for plans that are even more inadequate?

If you were an insurance company, would you...

A) follow the written law

B) ignore the law and follow a arbitrary dictate by the administration, which might open your company to future lawsuits, by a backstabbing administration
