I think I remember someone mentioning that this would happen.

And they're doing it for the votes.

Have they no shame?

They are substantiating Ted Cruz's stance.

Delay  wow with all the egg on the Dems faces after supporting Obama and his refusal to negotiate with the Tea Party Members of Congress on delaying the roll out, you have to wonder how they can NOW see the Truth STARING THEM IN THE FACE. :?

I would love to see what Senator McConnell has to say about those wanting a delay NOW? :x

But then I doubt an Obamacare delay was on McConnell's mind after Reid and Feinstein dropped into the deal, the money for Kentucky. Can we say BOUGHT AND PAID FOR :x

If I was Boehnor I wouldn't hold a vote until the democrats publicly apologized for shutting down the government for spite and political reasons..

House Speaker John Boehner responded a few hours later on the House floor. “The American people don’t want a shutdown and neither do I,” he said. Yet, he added, the new health care law “is having a devastating impact. … Something has to be done.”

The House of Representatives voted in favor of a procedural hurdle to consider the latest effort by GOP leadership to fund the federal government completely, but delay Obamacare’s individual mandate.

The House was expected to pass the bill to delay individual mandate and fund the government on Monday night. Senate Democrats have indicated that they will table the House proposal later Monday night.

The bottom line: According to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and another Democrat aid, the Senate will refuse to even consider any amendments proposed by the House. Compromise, at this point, appears unlikely.

yep the republicans handed them a way out.. but those stubborn [email protected]$$es couldn't take it and held out for a total cave in...

I would hold out for an apology to the American people..

I'm willing to bet H*ll will freeze over before Reid or Obama will take responsibility for the shut down for Democrat Political reasoning. They made way too much of it being the Republicans fault to ever act like men and take the blame.

BTW did you hear Obama and the Dems want everyone to believe the disaster we all know as the Obamacare website cost US tax payers around $500 million, BUT a Bloomberg study puts the cost over a BILLION dollars due to the skyrocketing price tag in the last 6 months while they pushed everyone to finish the website on time.

NOW knowing the price tag is double what was advertised, does anyone really believe Obama was not informed of the problems long before the media told him there was a problem?

What I'm pizzed about is they spent $500, $600, or a $BILLION$ (who knows how much) on something that that was called a "Train Wreck" over 6 months ago by some Democrats!

What makes no sense? You and your ilk are supporting something you know (or should know) won't work to start with.

The main one's buying in to it are people that couldn't get insurance before because of pre-existing ailments and the healthy ones aren't. That alone will skew the premiums so high that NO ONE will be able to afford it.

In a nutshell, I shouldn't have to pay high premiums because of someone else's illnesses...............................

Whoa up here big boy!!!!

You and your ilk have no freakin idea what I think of what's happened. I haven't posted one thing on my thoughts on what has happened....so back yor azz up!!

First.....I think it unbelieveable in the ages of EBay,Amazon, FaceBook, etc that they ( the Gov't) did not call in some of these brainy ones to set up their site.

Second....IF changes are to be made....the rules should be same for everyone. The Rep gov's of the South, the ones that will make you and me pay more, SHOULD be made to participate on the same level as the other states.....no opt out allowed. Remember the old, " You're either with me or against me?" saying.....here's the time to use it. By opting out, it causes the rural areas of America to pay more due to the lack of competition.

Third....I don't like the idea of paying more for others...but in reality we've been doing it all along anyway as those people would run to the ER with a hangnail or cold. Our premiums have been going up each and every year by a percentage due to this fact alone..

Fourth...Do I think they'll fix it? Sure I do. They will and it will work. It has to because you can't back up now....it has to be forward. And in 5-7 years, people will howl at the very thought of the Gov't messing with their health care and that howl will be as loud as if you messed with their SS.

Fifth...Do I think Rx companies will take advantage and run up the cost of certain meds? Sure I do. They've always overcharged for each and every drug ever made. But, once again, guidelines will come into effect to moderate this as people can not pay 4x's the amt of their present Rx cost.

Sixth....I sure hope your insurance covers the removal of that STICK UP YOUR AZZ!!!

1st - It IS unbelievable, but that's what you get for having the team you have in office running the show.

2nd - Some State's are opting out to save money and not go up on State taxes. Plain & simple. Or do you not know the consequences of over-taxing?

3 - I hope you don't think everyone is going to buy health insurance & quit going to the ER just because the Dems want them to.

The big one: Here comes Medicaid for the masses. Just like they hoped.

And I don't care about what you thought after this massive failure. We knew a failure was coming, so why didn't you?

More Forward? Too bad Obamacare is more like the grand wizard and not like the wizard of Oz. Maybe then they could offer progressives a brain. It just might be worth it then.
