Obama's worst executive orders

Obama over the last few years has amassed almost dictatorial power with his abuse of the executive order

like slavery

I think the media missed this one...

There is only ONE definition for forced, "uncompensated employment."

Slavery is once more legal in the United States thanks to language buried deep inside Executive Order 13603, which Barack Obama signed into law on March 16th 2012. According to this Executive Order the President, or those he designates, can conscript "persons of outstanding experience and ability without compensation," in "peacetime and times of national emergency." In a nutshell, that means that Barack Obama, and those he designates, can seize any resource, property, or person at any time for any reason, forcing that person to labor without being paid.

Executive Order 13603 of March 16, 2012

Sec. 502. Consultants.

The head of each agency otherwise delegated functions under this order is delegated the authority of the President under sections 710(b) and (c) of the Act, 50 U.S.C. App. 2160(b), (c), to employ persons of outstanding experience and ability without compensation and to employ experts, consultants, or organizations. The authority delegated by this section may not be redelegated.

I would say this is by far the most over-reaching act of this President..

I guess Obama missed this part of the lecture he claims to have taught

Amendment 13 - Slavery Abolished Ratified 12/6/1865.

1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

this amendment to the manual for Courts Martial is ominous as well

basically it puts our Armed Forces under direct supervision of non-military government officials and NGO's.. (such as UN FEMA, ect0

and limits our soldiers ability to not follow or question the orders of those not subject to the UCMJ..

Sec. 2.

Part IV of the Manual for Courts-Martial, United States, is amended as follows:

(a) Paragraph 13, Article 89, Disrespect toward a superior commissioned officer, paragraph c.(1) is amended to substitute the words “uniformed service” for “armed forces” and “armed force” everywhere the words “armed forces” or “armed force” appear in that paragraph. (This change is made to clarify that the uniformed officers of the Public Health Service and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, when assigned to and serving with the armed forces, are included in the definition of a superior commissioned officer.)

Montana has/had a law that the Sheriff/Fire Warden during times of fire emergency could grab up any able bodied man they could find and order them to fight fire for a period of up to 3 days- uncompensated...

I understand that back in the early years of the state on occasion this law was used- but personally never saw it used....

fortunately in our country slavery and involuntary servitude are wrong and against our Constitution... and any law as well meaning with all good intention is still unconstitutional..

and more so the law can be abused...

While I would step up to help my neighbor.. is it right to force a person to risk their life for your' property?

and what if the person refuses? to jail him?
