Both are raw... Lots of times I'll make this and leave to help outside and it will cook on it's own.. It's great to come in to a hot meal after being outside.. YOu know that all you have to do to cook rice is bring correct amounts of rice and liquid to a boil for three minutes then turn off the stove and cover with a lid.. You will have hot fluffy rice in 30 minutes. With no fuss......

This reminded me of one time at Mankota cattle sale the Hutterites were there selling potatoes and Geese and such. I bought a goose and the old cattle buyer wondered how I was going to get it home and I told him the "Gooseneck" since we just had our first GN trailer. Then he asked me" what color White or Brown". I said" I don't know it's frozen". He thought I bought a live goose. :roll: :lol: :lol: :lol:
