I've had great luck with this. First trial was on a 96 Powerstroke. We kept testing the oil and increasing the miles per oil change without Synthetic oil. First thing we noticed was it cleaned things up and the engine actually tightened up and used less oil in a 15,000 mile oil change than I was using prior in a 5,000 mile oil change.
I now change filters at 15,000 miles and oil at 30,000 miles. Bothe the Powerstoke and my 03 Dodge Ram are 500,000 mile pickups (Diesels).
