Old, poor people shouldn't be allowed to vote anyway

Jeeze, what a cry baby. FOX analyst Fred Barnes moaning and groaning about no parking and standing in line because a lot of "poor old people" were voting early. It's fine for him and other rich, white, important men to vote early, but everyone else should just wait for election day.

You can't make this stuff up.

You know the more I look at all these efforts by the Republicans to stop people from voting- scare people from voting- and now Barnes taking up the banner of wanting to stop early voting-- it makes me sick to think this is the party I supported so many years...(Ok for the rich white guys like him- but not for the poor old people   GRRRRRR)
To me these efforts to deter voting are more UnAmerican than anyone that questioned Bush- or spoke out against the Bush War- that the right wingnuts chastised people for....
Voting is the American way- and something that should be promoted not deterred....For EVERYONE....
I voted early- because I never know where I'll be on election day- and knowing that the county clerks in Montana prefer it- as it creates less congestion at the polling places on election day... My wife and kids voted early too...

I was watching TV- and I can't believe that some of these areas and states have 5-6 hour waiting lines for early voting--and said tomorrow may be longer... Thats a travesty--that they don't have more polling places and make it easier for voters- instead of making it a chore....

yes didn't you know the dems are all for everyone voting. No favortism on their part. They don't care if it's a cartoon character or a dead person they should still get to vote.

Heck- I'll volunteer to collect ballots for them

I do have to give Florida Gov. Christ an ATTA-BOY...He could see the problems coming and ordered the polls open longer than normal...Now he's being chastised by some of his Repub cohorts- but he did the right thing.....

Count them all, while preventing obvious fraud. A lot of the meanness about GWB started with his disputed 2000 election. We need a clearly defined winner in a year this hot. Local election boards everywhere will be tested. It isn't an easy job, and we rely on volunteers.

I'm proud to know all of you, whatever your misguided opinions.

I'm glad to know you, too, Josh. No matter who you vote for, no matter who wins, this country will still be the greatest country ever conceived. I have no doubt you know that.

Josh ,yes we all have opinions...but it is not up to you to determine if they are misguided. Don't walk toward me with a white flag in one hand and a grenade in the other. I done fought that war once.

Those poor old people who were voting early were smart.

They voted early so they wouldn't be confronted with a "New Black Panther" weilding a stick and threatening to beat them if they voted for "Whitey".

Obviously, Fred Barnes wouldn't believe anything like that could happen in this country.
