OT- Looks like those Cold temps are headed our way too

It's plus 3 C here now. That would be about 38 F.

Find the big wind farms Mrs. Greg and I live just behind them (or in front depending if we get an East wind). Still Alberta, just the warm part.
 
I am running the dang heater.. Old tractor just doesn't want to get it turned over.. I knew I should have paid t insulate that building and put in a heater but the boss man said no... Actually, it wouldn't be to hard to heat up a few degrees if the gentleman who works for didn't slam into the door 2 weeks after I got it fixed.. Oh well, winter sure is fun.

Looking at the 10 day forcast we warm up a bit on Tuesday and Wed. (15 degree highs) and than a drop again but back up to 30 almost by next Sunday... Granted, they said Thursday was going to be warm and they have dropped that prediciton by 10 degree... My prediciton is... It will be hot in July.

It may be warm now, but its always windy there. I love that area of AB, but way to windy for me. I hate the wind.
Southend SK had -56 temps yesterday with the windchill, I'm glad I don't live there either!
Its a nice balmy +1C today, suppost to be +3C tomorrow with rain, hopefully that will take some of this awful snow down.

I suppose I shouldn't tell you its 15 ABOVE right now and got up to 20 :D :D :wink: :lol: Suppose to get down to 5 ABOVE tonite... :D :D

Yup!!!! It can warm up anytime now. These cattle are eating me out of house and home when the temps are this low!!!!
I feel sorry for #1 son. Roughnecking on a 12 hour graveyard shift in this weather......... Ouch!!! :)
 
Looks like our arctic air is sliding east and south :clap: ...Weather bureau predicted 5 Below for a low last night- but it never got below 9 Above-- Is 11 Above now- light southeast wind...Rest of week they are saying low temps around 0 and highs in the teens- and up into the 20's by the weekend...

I enjoy that much more than that 20-30 Below stuff...

Hows everyone surviving to the east and south?
 
I know I'm starting to get sick of the cold, had a lot of days in the single digits lately seems like.

Where's that global warming when we need it? :lol:
 
We are poking up to around 15 today they say but we are only in single digits still.. Have about 5 inches of snow, maybe only 4.... Drifted a bit so who knwos for sure.. But the good news is the wind had died down and the sun is out... We still have 10 days forcasted ahead wit out a single day getting above freezing and nothing till Sunday hitting 20. But that can change.. March will be here sonn right?
