They aren't coming back hypo. The young lad look fairly happy, I'd bet some were downed by him.

Nope - you got a good recipe?

I generally just make jerky out of them.

You notice the lone grouse? They were buzzing us off and on when we were trying to get the geese to come in. After the geese let up a bit, we let the boy start taking pokes at them.

sorry no recipe. Had it once at a buddies, good stuff.

I'd say just BBQ it like a Turkey, but use a bigger drip pan.

I think I'd deep fry one and try it.

Try slicing those goose breasts in thin sections, seasoning them, roll em flour and fry lightly.....not more than a minute or so per side. Delicious.
