My brother's steer, Hammertyme, out of our clubby bull.

My Registered Angus heifer, TTAR Bailey 10R. She is out of Woodhill's Triple Threat and a Prime Touch of Two cow. I got her from our neighbour, because he was selling out to move to Alberta. The cow was bred back to TTAR Platinum, and I got the bred-back pair for 1200-a steal! The dam was shown at Agribition in 03 and got 3rd in class.

And a side profile of her.

She should do well on the circuit, she got spooked and I'm having a he77 of a time to get her calmed down again. lol. I hope she'll co-operate...

lol. Dad won't let m ebreed any shorthorn-says the roans are the ugliest things in the world. My brother's steer, top, is 1/4 shorthorn. lol.
Angus, hopefully greg doesn't see this..he think roans are the BEST...before B.S.E gregs herd was shorthorn moms Maine Anjou bull.He sold the whole herd, and misses them to this day :( We're rebuilding our herd and had our first roan yesterday, greg thinks its the best calf on the place!Alot of people don't realize how hard the B.S.E was on Canadian Ranchers!!

I'd love to have some roans-once in a while a roan will pop out of the cows. lol. Dad's herd is mostly sim/angus crosses and some other breeds. lol. Mine are all angus based, and would love to get some shorthorn to add meat and muscle, but Dad said that as long as I live here, there will be no shorties eating his hay. lol.

looks like you're ahead of the halter breaking - but ol blackie snuffed some of the corrals

PS I'd love a herd of blue roan cows, but your pops probably wants more uniform coloration in the calf crop than roanies would throw. Ya know the only thing the bank can count is $$$, and uniform calves dollar up the best.

Yes, Dad likes a uniformed calf crop. lol. And I am the only one with the blacks-he has 2 o r3. lol. He calls them the hayburners. lol. The black is the tamest animal this year-the hereford is the snotty one. lol.

Have a great Day!
