While he may not be the next long range shooter, I will put my 11 year old grandson up against most of you with a handgun!! He had only shot a pellet rifle up until today, but today he showed me up. Started him on a 4" single action .22, moved him up to a 6" single action 22, then on to a semi auto 22, and finally had him shooting a Ruger 357, Security Six, with light 38 loads. With him shooting from a rest, and me free handing things, he could out shoot me! Pretty fun to get the younger, video game generation, involved with shooting.
