Paul Krugman, Hypo's Hero Speaks

if most of the comments on this board are any indication krugman is right on. there is very little substance or reason to the opposition to obama, it is just hatred. i think the usa is in big trouble. if the economy was strong the country could stand this divisiveness but everything is at stake now. as roubini says, 'when people have nothing to lose, they lose it.'

How can you say that, don, and keep a straight face?
There have been many FACTS presented here about Obama
and his crooked affiliations. That is the substance and the reason
for opposing Obama's regime.

You really don't get it, do you?
You have sold your soul to the Messiah, and I don't mean God.

Think about this don, "where there's smoke, there's fire"...

Golly, I believe that so much, I'm gonna change my signature line. :D

Obama didn't want to pit "blue America against red America", but that is exactly what he has done. You libs label him a great uniter, ignoring that he directs his followers to "get in the face" of people who disagree with him. No wonder he has split this country like it hasn't been in years.

"an enraged right that denies the legitimacy of his presidency"

Yep, and liberals are still claiming voter fraud in Florida, denying the legitimacy of GWB's presidency. But they're pointing fingers.

"What, then, should Mr. Obama do? It would certainly help if he gave clearer and more concise explanations of his health care plan. "

I would think a good place to start would be to stop lying and talking out of both sides of his mouth.

"The question now is how Mr. Obama will deal with the death of his postpartisan dream.

Obama NEVER was about bipartisanship. Anybody who believes that is a damn idiot. Did the author fail to understand the "We won" comment from the great bipartisan uniter? Puhleeeeze.

How do you know that what you read is FACTS and not someone paid for by a political party to manipulate you in order to plow the field and plant the seeds for the next national election?

most conservatives now understand that most of what we read in the mainstream media and on the internet is distorted and many of us have become better researchers, looking at different points of view..

so instead of angry.. we are really skeptical .. and want the politicians and the president to back up their words with facts.. not empty speeches..

Yes, Paul Krugman Nobel Prize winner, is an idiot.

And Sarah Palin is a smart, spunky lady who is "one of us".

Reader, How do you know that what you read is FACTS and not someone paid for by a political party to manipulate you in order to plow the field and plant the seeds for the next national election?"

How do YOU know that? For instance, what lead you to make the statement that William Ayers was "rehabilitated"?

Red herrings Sandhusker.

William Ayres never mattered. He was a convenient way to smear Obama thought up during the campaign.

The difference between you and the moderate liberals here is that they read multiple sources and take what they read with a grain of salt.

You read only sources that are demonstrably biased like WND. You reject all the other sources out of hand, if they do not agree with your already formed opinions. And in your case, you believe things that are wild and clear smears like that Obama was born in Kenya because you need to believe those things.

I was imply using Ayers as an example to you, whether you think he matters or not (I happen to think that associations DO matter, as we saw the Jeremiah Wright in Obama come out in that Gates deal).

You're preaching about sorting through everything to find the facts, and I'm telling you to practice what you preach as you sure as heck missed the facts on the Ayers deal. Your claim that he had been "rehabiltated" was easily shot down.

R2, in response to your posts directed at me:
I want a Capitalist society in America. Now if you can't see
Obama is destroying that, well, I have bridge to sell you.

And I know who I can trust and it sure ain't Obama.

BTW--Did you read Sandhuskers first post on this thread?

Interesting how no one will comment on this article, isn't it? Telling.

Most recognize your sarcasm for what it actually is, lies. Lies that are used in an attempt to attack specific posters personally.

It is telling. Like Paul Krugman you twist and spin, trying to promote your agenda.

Brings up a good question? While the lefties blame "Rightwing nutjobs" for inciting violence, they never do blame people like Paul Krugman or Al Gore for Environmentalist violence etc.

Paul Krugman asks a few Canadians what they think of their Health Care system

Capping oxygen is actually the hardest part. Once you learn to cut down your intake, we just set up a market to trade official credits for the unbreathed O2 that you could have inhaled but didn't. Let's assume for the sake of planetary computer modeling that you can personally cut down your breathing by 20%. Try it! Just hold your nose and breathe through a straw. And when you get that strangled feeling, just remember you're Saving the Planet. Lay back and think of Paul Krugman.

And hypo you did go on and on about how brilliant Paul Krugman was when you posted his comments on TARP and the bailout, when what he said suited your agenda, sweetie.

Just saying that you admire him. It was not sarcasm.

Yet you have suddenly turned your back on someone you claimed to admire and listen to.

Why is that?

wrong, you are lying.

Do a search for Paul Krugman, and be honest with yourself, if no one else Reader.

Knowing you, you lied, and are now falsely accusing me of editing, which it will show, if you are correct.

You are a liar Reader. You have just proven it.

search out the quotes and prove people can trust you

because right now it's looking doubtful.

Paul Krugman's ideas are not even close to what I believe. And most on here recognize that and will tell you that I would never put him up on a "Guru" pedestal.

Like Obama, you are starting to trip over your lies and reality.
