Ladies and Gentleman (and assorted riff raff) of Ranchers.net. You've read the opinions of the two camps on the Pickett trial. One one hand, SH and Agman feel the case came out as it should have, on the other, Econ101, Mike, ocm, and myself feel a miscarriage of justice occured. What does everybody think?
 
I think that a jury of 12 honest men and women after hearing all the facts decided unanimously that the plantiff's were right and deserved compensation.
