The hardest cake I ever saw was that made several years ago under a FSA drought feed program with non-fat dry milk in it. The NDM cake was hard as any rock.
I didn't get any of the cake myself. I did get some NDM Crystalyx and also some of the NDM the way it came in 40? lb paper sacks. I fed the NDM on top of cracked corn/DDG in feed bunks to weaned calves. Not on windy days though. :roll:
