Oh thanks so much for warm photo's today! It's so nice to look at blue water and fun in the sun instead of the ole temp gauge that can't seem to get above 32! What a great looking family..thanks

Funny you should ask that :?
I wanted to see Mayan ruins. I paid for a trip to go see Mayan ruins. But Montezuma exacted his special revenge on me the morning I was to embark on the 3 hr bus ride to Chicha Nitza (sp?), so I decided it wouldn't be prudent to go. It's too bad, because I'm really interested in Mayan culture and wanted to experience the ruins. Oh well, c'est la vie I suppose.

Oh man, that's really the drizzles! :( They even have free drinks on the bus! You'll have to plan another trip down there someday? Where did you stay? Was it all inclusive? How was the food?

We stayed at a hotel called dos playos along the hotel strip. It was alright, nice beach. It was all inclusive, the food was great, but I think they watered down the cervesas. Hopefully we can go again in a couple of years, maybe a different town next time, just to mix things up a bit.
You were just down there somewhere weren't you?

That sounds real nice, and an awesome thing to do with the kids! We were just a short twenty minute boat ride from where you were, but during Thanksgiving..about the drinks....I'd take something Canadian any day. One of the bottles of Tequila we made it home with was NASTY ROTGUT!! One of my friends who likes his booze tasted it and drew a skull and crossbones on the label. I put my pics on "Everything Else" http://www.ranchers.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=30039
