Why would you keep horns like that on a mother cow? Making a herd out of roping stock has to be a cheap way to build numbers fast. Congrats.

You have to have herd markers

I thought you left horns on for a more eventful and exciting calving season  She's a nice momma, pay no nevermind..... Who cares if she has horns, Oh wait a minute having horns just might affect the conformation of the calves :) ROFLMBO

WHSH,

I think you should take your comments and stick them where the sun dont shine very well. That cow is not "ropin stock". She is a well blood lined roughstock cow. If her calves dont turn out to be buckers they always do very well in the feedlot. She isnt real wild, you can pet her at the bale feeder any day. Your just jealous that your sheep dont look as pretty  .

You picked a good winter to build a new calving barn, in fact the way this weather is you likley won't need it to much :!: I also have one of those (marker cows) good thing she stands still in the chute during vaccinations because she don't fit in the headgate to well

I'm sorry I called your sheep ugly, I thought you were trying to pass them off as cows.
