This band of mustangs are running around the Brown Spring area, on the edge of the salt flats. (Great Salt Lake) The only way we can get their portrait is to ambush them. We have tried the "hang on the water" trick, but find that they don't follow our schedule. If you look close you can see my friend in the rocks taking his own pictures. (The rock with the hat on)
I don't think this old mare made it through last winter.
