riley and his "new buddy".....it is now 29 degrees, so he will probably still be there in the morning!!!
Got lots and lots of standing water on the roads and the highways are getting slick!! Hopefully, God is with you all tonight and you are all safe and sound and WARM in your homes!!

That's so sweet, ranchwife. You can just see the good time they are
all having. That's what memories are made of.

So good, that cowboyup
took the time to spend with those precious little boys.

Lilly somewhere around here I have pics of an August snow where the kids are building a snow fort using a five gallon pail for a mold, and the grass is green, the kids are in shirt sleeves. We had about ten inches of snow.

With 350 acres of hay down and still 180 acres of wheat to cut there isn't a heck of alot I can do about the weather. So if life gives you snow build a snowman :D

Looks like we got about 2" of new white stuff out there this morning- have to wait until the sun rises to survey the scene, but definitely going to screw up the plans for the day of hauling a tractor out of the north country...Looks like a good day to head to the waterhole or the coffee shop and catch up on gossip.....

Sounds like a pretty good way to spend the day. Go sip and gossip. Get some good stories to tell the rest of us. :)

It's cold, windy, and nasty here today, but no snow so far.

Hey,uuuhh, Cowboyup, it looks like you've got the bolus gun in hand there. Were you prechance treating Mr. Snowman for a "cold"? And if he needs surgery, would you use any "freezing"?

Sorry folks, I'll quit now.

It is a balmy 22 degrees this lovely morning with about 5-6 inches of snow on top of 1/2 inch of rain and it is still snowing. The school bus made it this morning but I'll bet he don't tonight. guess I'm gonna have to feed cows and tag wet babies, wish they were done. Oh well, I'll bet this fills some ponds that aint seen standing water for 4 years.
