I guess Montana must be in pretty good shape even tho we have one of the lowest average wages in the nation - some of the highest college tuition costs- overcrowded prisons- some of the worst roads-- etc. etc. -- as this was introduced as the 2nd Senate Bill of the new legislature-- SB2
Now we need toilet police
And some had the gall to laugh when I proposed to them to do away with all state income and property taxes-- and replace the revenue with a 5 cents tax on every roll of toilet paper sold in the state....We'd be the wealthiest state in the union...Women screamed it would be discriminatory
Senator wants paper towels in restrooms
By The Associated Press
HELENA - For Sen. Don Ryan, some things are absolutes.
"I look at this simply," the Great Falls Democrat said. "You're either pro-clean-hands or pro-dirty-hands."
Ryan urged members of the Senate's Public Health, Welfare and Safety Committee on Friday to approve his measure that would require the Department of Public Health and Human Services to require that paper towels be available in public restrooms.
