HELP!!!!

I got the following in an email. It reminds ME of ME.

You have to be old enough to remember Abbott and Costello's "Who's on
>first", to fully appreciate this.

If Bud Abbott and Lou Costello were alive today, their infamous sketch,
>"Who's on First?" might have turned out something like this:

>buying a computer.

No, I don't read most "cut and paste" deals, so how can I possibly expect anyone to read the ones I cut and paste? :???: :?

I realize she it trying to be informative, but there is a limit.

I find that in general MoGals "cut and Paste" stifles true debate...

MoGal will paste in a long article and even if you respond to it, she just responds with more cut and paste often on a different subject...

I doubt MoGal even reads (or understands) most of what she is posting, ... She has yet to answer questions directed in response to many of the articles she spams this site with...

I would be more then happy to actually debate her, on most of the crap she posts, but she is either unwilling, or unable to respond with anything other then more of someone else's thoughts.

Pasteing articles can start debate, but only if you actually understand the subject enough to back up, or refute the articles claims...and can respond in your own words..

Perhaps I should simply "cut and paste" what I think is important? But then someone would come along and say its biased. Besides, its not like I reached into your computer and "force" you to read any of my posts.

Doesn't anybody else wonder why the news on radio and TV is watered down? Some whoremongering celebrity gets more time than the important political/economic issues facing our country?

Doesn't anybody else wonder why the news totally ignores Ron Paul? Don't you think they should at least give him equal time and let the people decide whether he's right on or a babbling idiot?

Doesn't anybody else think Corporate power is what has become so greedy and caused the downfall of this country? Businesses pay lobbyists who in turn pay millions to congress so that they will pass laws that suit them?? The taxpayers get to pick up the tab of course.

Doesn't anybody else think its terrible that they want to take "under God" out of our pledge of allegiance. We've taken God out of everything in the USA and (like John Hagee said) if God doesn't judge America then he'll have to apologize to Sodom and Gomorrah.

Doesn't anybody wonder why its so hard to find people with morals, character and integrity? Have you noticed the younger generation if they can't argue intelligently then they resort to name calling (such as you're mental, alcoholic, lowlife, stupid, etc....... )

Who made the USA the world police?? Why is congress so intent on passing immigration - why do we have to follow UN laws?

Why are they covering up the 911 investigations??? Why are they still showing bin Laden tapes which are 5 years old, so that they can instill "the fear of terror" in Americans ??

Don't Americans realize that we have to get united to make this country a better place......... the attitude of sitting back and "letting someone else do it" just won't fly anymore...... you can't sit on top of the fence anymore and think well surely justice will prevail because it's not happening.

Yes, and all those would make fine topics...but not if your response is a "cut and paste"...

MoGal
But then someone would come along and say its biased.

Every one is Biased... thats not a problem.. it would be Dull if we were all "fair and balanced"...

Every one on here can read...and find information... I wouldn't come here if it was a "news site"...I often don't bother reading most of what you "cut and Paste"...But I have read most of your comments... Most I find "ill-informed" many are biased, towards a abstract conspiracy theory, ...Some such as your 9-11 theories I find offensive...

But when you fail to respond with your own words I find you irrelevant and not worth responding to...

So the end result is the more you cut and paste the more people will ignore you.

MoGal
the attitude of sitting back and "letting someone else do it" just won't fly anymore.

Yet, you feel it is acceptable to let others think for you?

Every time you "cut and paste" someone else's thoughts thats what your doing.

for once I agree with you,... care to head your own advice, and live by your stern words..."the attitude of sitting back and "letting someone else do it" just won't fly anymore."

I don't either. And I brought this up because MoGal is wasting a lot of
time, space and energy with all the cutting and pasting she is doing without enlightening many of us.

Thanks, Steve, for your comments. And we do read comments here,
or short articles that are brought here. JMHO...

Steve and FH.... now here is one that is worthy of looking at.... and WHY haven't you seen it in the news media here in the USA? This has deep repercussion for the American people.... $48 Billion in the last 2 weeks isn't chump change, we should be out of debt to them by Xmas. But whether any American will have a good Xmas is another story.

What a sorry, pessimistic statement. MoGal, someday I hope that you have the opportunity to travel, and also meet upbeat and positive, successful people. It just seems that your horizons need to be broadened.

Excellent post, Cal.
I'd hate to get up every morning if I was MoGal. Gosh,
what's there GOOD to look forward to?
