My father was a teacher, my best friend is a retired teacher, in fact I could name a solid dozen friends and relatives that are either teachers or retired teachers.. when I name off the people who were most influential in my life, a real short list I keep to less then five, but two of them are teachers,
so this is difficult to say,, up until today, I had tried not to attack or blame the teachers, and have focused on how unions (not workers) but union bosses/thugs have made this and many other trades loose respect..
but I was partially wrong.. it is those who make excuses for bad behavior despite knowing it is wrong, who defend actions of those who are acting bad and cause a loss of respect of a group, and who drag it down.. and that is not limited to union bosses and thugs..
when a doctor gives out a sick slip to a person who is not ill it is wrong,
when a teacher takes a sick slip when they know they are not ill, it is wrong,
and no excuse or rational will make it right.
and that in my opinion has shifted alot of support for the teachers.
