More information about the NON AFFORDABLE CARE ACT they are cramming down our throats. Can this be true ?????

>>>WARNING CONCERNING OBAMACARE>>>
----Immediate Attention Required PLEASE -----

If you do not have to sign up with Obamacare on their website PLEASE DON'T! Once you see the cost of premiums and yearly deductible and choose to opt out from that point they will within a few hours email you stating your actual fees in which now they will by any means collect.
REAL EXAMPLE ---- Please Read & Please Forward ASAP!!!

A comment posted on the Affordable Care Act/Obamacare FB page:
"I actually made it through this morning at 8:00 A.M. I have a preexisting condition (Type 1 Diabetes) and my income base was 45K-55K annually I chose tier 2 "Silver Plan" and my monthly premiums came out to $597.00 with $13,988 yearly deductible!!! There is NO POSSIBLE way that I can afford this so I "opt-out" and chose to continue along with no insurance. I received an email tonight at 5:00 P.M. informing me that my fine would be $4,037 and could be attached to my yearly income tax return. Then you make it to the "REPERCUSSIONS PORTION" for "non-payment" of yearly fine. First, your drivers license will be suspended until paid, and if you go 24 consecutive months with "Non-Payment" and you happen to be a home owner, you will have a federal tax lien placed on your home. You can agree to give your bank information so that they can easy "Automatically withdraw" your "penalties" weekly, bi-weekly or monthly! This by no means is "Free" or even "Affordable."

there is a slight confusion on the "out of pocket" costs..

while they are capped at $12,700

the cap is similar to the one I have for Tricare in that it only covers "allowable" costs..

so if the bill is for services out of network,.. of say $150.
and the allowable cost is $80
first the deductible is met before they pay anything,

since the $150 is over allowable costs Tricare ignores anything over what they allow.
one may assume that at least the $80 would go towards the deductible.
but they are forgetting the co-pay.

before it can go towards the deductible the co-pay must be satisfied.

so in reality.. out of a $150 bill only $64 is applied to the deductible..

"until" you satisfy the deductible the other $16 not counted towards the total out of pocket expenses.. it is just ignored in the $12,700 number,..

so for one bill they ignore $86

so in the real world we live in someone has to take that $86 bucks,.. plus any other cost over the allowable coverage and co-pays before the deductible is met out of our pocket..

I find I have to pay about $450 before my $150 deductible is met..

so in reality Snopes saying this is not possible to exceed the cap is WRONG again...
