Israel's Defense Minister, Moshe "Boogy" Ya'alon, is facing criticism from the opposition after slamming U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry. The Israeli daily Yediot Ahronot reported earlier on Tuesday that the outspoken Ya'alon had said that Kerry, who recently completed his tenth trip to the region in less than a year on the job, "turned up here determined and acting out of misplaced obsession and messianic fervor" for a peace deal.

Ya'alon added: "In reality, there have been no negotiations between us and the Palestinians for all these months --but rather between us and the Americans. The only thing that can 'save us' is for John Kerry to win a Nobel Prize and leave us in peace." Breitbart News offered a similar analysis last week, noting: "The real negotiations are not those between Israel and the Palestinians, but between Israel and the Obama administration."

In addition, Ya'alon was candid in his views of Kerry's plan for Israel's security in a peace agreement, saying that it was "not worth the paper it's written on....It contains no peace and no security." Israel's chief negotiator, Tzipi Livni, accused Ya'alon of harming relations with the U.S., but other politicians came to his defense. "The State of Israel can't sacrifice its security and it can't outsource the state's security to censors," one said.

Is Israel and Iran going to be Kerry's Benghazi? :???:

Clinton and Obama wanted everyone to believe everything was good, Great and totally working out in Lybia, to the point they could not admit Benghazi was a death trap for the Ambassador due to lack of security that HE REQUESTED FROM HER and she denied as the Administrations story would be questioned. She and Obama had to make up the Video story as who can blame them for a unforeseen protest over a video like they could over a Planned Terrorist attack that they had months of warning about? The POLITICAL STORY during an election was more important than 4 Americans lives to Hillary and Obama!!!!!!!!

EVERYONE needs to be reminded of Hillary's actions in Benghazi during the 2016 election and if/when Iran gets their nuke Kerry needs to be held accountable for his greed for anything to pad his Sec of State record if he runs. He wants a deal so bad he is willing to sell out World Security to get one with a country KNOWN FOR THEIR LYING.

Israel might end up being a really big scale, radioactive Benghazi the way things are going. What percentage of Demmunists would actually be upset by that?

Kerry knows everything. He served in Viet Nam, if you recall.

Turn the Israelis LOOSE! Supply them and let them deal with the Islamofascists as they see fit. If that means nukes, then so be it. They've given up enough, sacrificed enough, and put up with enough.....for thousands of years. Unlike the guy OT voted for, the Israelis have testicular fortitude.

More than you think

Senator Chuck Schumer, a long time hawkish Israeli supporter, is leading a behind-the-scenes campaign in the US Senate to build support for a sanctions resolution against Iran, according to a report.

The push for additional sanctions against Iran has put the Senate's Number 3 Democrat at sharp odds with the Obama administration which has repeatedly warned the passage of such measure would undercut the ongoing nuclear negotiations with Tehran, The Hill reported.

“He's an original cosponsor,” said Sen. Mark Kirk (R-Ill.), who drafted the sanctions bill with Robert Menendez (D-NJ), chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. “I would say he probably has the greatest sway inside his conference.”

Sen. Schumer is encouraging members, especially Democrats, to support the sanctions bill which so far has been publicly endorsed by 59 senators, 43 Republicans and 16 Democrats.

The other day it was reported the Dems thought they might even get a VETO proof vote on the sanctions due to Obama's claim he would veto them if the Senate moved against him and his failing foreign policy. Their beliefs about a veto proof vote should be backed up by the reported 99 -0 vote in the Senate to support Israel that was taking awhile back.

If the first vote taken in support of Israel wasn't a show vote for Israel's sake then the good Senators should back the sanctions. But I doubt anyone thinks Reid is going to allow a vote on a BIPARTISAN bill that will make Obama look weak and not in control, no matter who is behind it!!!!!!!

Exactly, it's only endorsed by 16 Dems, Reid won't likely let it come to a vote, and any possible veto proof will be because of a majority of Republicans, which still doesn't matter if Reid doesn't allow a vote. Too many Dems actually look disdainingly down their noses at Israel, IMO. A 99-0 vote to support Israel could just be for show and future campaign speeches.
