Does anyone know the policy of the NCBA on Mandatory I.D.?

We know that some say R-Calf fought against M'ID and tracing for cool. Just wanting to know what the NCBA thinks of it.

Their preference is voluntary. However, that is not going to happen as estimates suggest only 80% compliance with a voluntary program. MID is mandatory for full traceback which is the critical issue. MID will be the result.
