Question for you, Jason

Let's say I sell my fats to Creekstone or any other packer, they run a BSE test that is acceptable to their customer in Japan, and the Japanese buy that tested beef from Creekstone. Now please tell us how you or anybody else was negetively affected.

See my post under the other thread.

I didn't see any answer to my question. Why not address it right here?

He don't have an answer Sandy.

If he had any type of response at all he would have made it.

Furthermore, if he had one it wouldn't mean anything to have an answer from a puppet.

Without Creekstone, you have only the commodity market to sell your fats. With testing, Creekstone remains a competitor with a potentially lucrative market.

Don't get confused, here, RobertMac, he is a Canadian. You are totally correct about the U.S. market. The U.S. producer is shut out or greatly hindered in Japan because of bse but the packers with their supply are not.

So Sandhusker This would lead me to believe that you would be OK with someone growing and using their own Marajuana? Not hurting anybody else.

Funny you mentioned this. When I was up on the slope in the 70's, Alaska's law allowed growing it and smoking it inside your home.

Most everyone had a couple of plants and a grow light.

Don't know if the law has changed or not.

When you were up on the slope you didn't happen to run into a crazy mechanic from Plentwood MT. by the name of Glen Adams?

Don't recall him. In fact, I only recall a few names. Those days were a blur. (See above)

Econ101, would you care to explain this comment?
It makes about as much sense as the rest of his post:
The U.S. producer is shut out or greatly hindered in Japan because of bse but the packers with their supply are not.

The Us producer is shut out of the Japanes but the packers aren't?

Bill, I think he must be referring to some packers in Australia that are shipping to Japan. Some also have packing facilities here and in Canada.

Yep, Econ is right, Bill. The 3 biggest packers in North America have access to the Japanese market through Australia and Brazil. Thats what the other thread is all about. The big packers in North America have absolutely no desire to open Japanese markets to North America because they are already flooding the market with cheaper Australian/Brazillian beef.

Why don't you answer the question, then? Who is getting hurt? Why can't any of you anti-testing guys answer the question?
