Racists gone Wild

I'm so sick and tired of hearing about racism. :???:

A person's respect must be earned, not mandated by some gov't rule or law.

A percentage of black's are ruining any hope of respect for the remainder of their race........and it is sad. There are so many good ones that are being overshadowed by those like Gates...............

This from the Grand Wizard who refers to the President as "Buckwheat".

How appropriate.

Buckwheat should be seen as a complimentary name towards the Pres.

At least he (the original Buckwheat) wasn't trying to undermine the Constitution and take the country into full-fledged Socialism.

But then again, you're just one of his "useful idiots"..............as Lenin would say.

Would you rather Mike call him "Lying Sack of Sheet"? All things considered, that would certainly be more fitting.

I've been hearing him called much worse.

He's got the racial tensions up there too. He is now living up to my expectations of him. I haven't heard the N word used since who knows when but now I have heard it a few times in the past week. You have black racists calling in to the television stations supporting Obama over this Gates thing. I have never refused to show an officer my I.D. if requested.

Of course I would.

It doesn't bother me if people want to lambast political officials. I've done plenty of it myself.

It's the racist and sexist sentiments that don't belong in a polite society.

I'm not a big fan of Nancy Pelosi, and Obama certainly wasn't my first choice for President.

But if you can't see that many peoples over-the-top reactions to them have racist and sexist undertones (and sometimes overtones), then I would question if you could see the nose on the front of your face.

All if fine and dandy as far as I am concerned. But it seems you brought out that "Grand Wizard" term. What is your intent? Is that not a racist implication for someone?

Care to explain how calling Mike a Grand Wizard is racist?

The ones they had running around here a couple of years ago wore black paramilitary looking outfits and jack boots. That sound a little more like it?

I wear Justin boots. They are brown. I don't even own a military rifle anymore but have many several conventional ones. No military garb either.

Missed by a mile......................

I don't know the heirarchy of the Black Panthers or any other black racist groups. But if I referred to you as a Black Panther member with derogative intent, what would you consider that? It would darn sure be putting you in a racist category.

A 21 year old girl had her head smashed in to a parking lot by an officer jsut a short while back. She has some brain damage and is just now getting some hearing back. She was not arrested and some witnesses including a doctor are going to testify in her behalf. She spent over a week in the hospital and was not arrested for anything. It did not make the national news and Obama never expressed anything about this. Of course, this young lady was not black. The police officer never asked her for identification or anything. He simply had her confused with another person.

Why is the black community not calling in all the television stations over this? Why is Obama not saying the police officer who had the mistaken identity was stupid? He could just as easily make this a national news issue.

Good grief, BHB. I didn't hear about that. Was that in Granbury or Glen Rose? By officer, are talking police officer/sheriff's deputy. That is horrible! And I understand where you are coming from here...this is tragic, no matter the race or ethnicity of the victim and the officer. If this did not make national news, it should have!

It happened in Arlington but the family is local. You may know the family. The surname is Garcia but they do not look hispanic in any way.

The doctor who witnessed the incident insisted the girl's pulse be taken. He had apparently called in to the police station repetitively to complain with no apparent response. He then contacted the victims. He has now joined in as a witness to the whole incident and it is still unfolding. Some of it is recorded on cell phone video.

The family is livid. That father is a very good friend of mine and works with me. He has a few masters and a doctorate. He is very highly respected. The daughter is only 5 foot 1 inch and weighs 105 lbs. (a real threat huh?)
